Instructions for C8015-20/ZF Longitudinal Slitting Line

1. Usage

The Slitting Line is used to cut the Aluminum coil into smaller Aluminum tape with certain width and roll it all up. The whole unit adopts electromagnetism to control the speed; the cutting speed, the adjustment, and the assembly line will be all operated via control console.

2.1 Material Quality: Pure Aluminum or Aluminum Alloy ( σb≦300Mpa)

   Inner Diameter: Φ300mm、Φ400mm（Increased diameter plate ）、

                  Φ500mm（Increased diameter plate ）

   Outer Diameter: ≦Φ1400mm (Suggested Φ1200mm)

   Width: 200mm~500mm

   Thickness: 0.18mm~0.5mm

   Weight: ≦2000kg

2.3 Coil after Slitting

   Inner Diameter: Φ300mm

   Outer Diameter: ≦Φ1400mm (Suggested Φ1200mm)

   Weight: ≦2000kg

   Slitting Lines: ≦18 strip lines (thickness 0.30mm)

   Slitting Width: ≧20mm per strip

   Slitting Precision: Width Tolerance: +-0.05mm

                   Burr: ≦0.03mm

                   Lateral Bending: ≦ 2mm/m

2.4 Highest Speed for the unit: ≦ 60m/min (calculated with Φ500mm )

3. Slitting Function and Specification

3.1 Main Unit

Feeding carriage, Decoiler, Safety Barrier, Slitting Roller, Coil-transfer Plate, Tension Control Unit, Coiler unit, Unload Carriage and Electrical Control System

The Site area should be Length 12000mm, Width 5100mm
